Our programs are adapted by our local partners to suit each community. Every project is built around the same belief — that every child has worth and a future worth fighting for.

What we strive to do

Provide healthy food, clean water and proper medicines as needed
Extend access to education and give educational support where we can
Prevent children being exploited for labour
Seek to prevent sexual exploitation of girls
Advocate against children marrying before the lawful age
Support children spiritually and emotionally

Restore India

Supports needy children in central and southern India — daily needs, education, and mental, emotional and spiritual support. Also supports children affected by HIV/AIDS.

Manjan

His father died in an accident before Manjan was born. His mother does seasonal coolie work that isn't enough to provide for them both.

Alagushree

Her father left her mother for another woman, threatening her into silence. He is physically abusive and provides no support.

Restore Christian Scholarship Fund — Nepal

Funds Nepalese children in extreme need to attend school — often the only opportunity these children have to break the cycle of grinding poverty.

Rita

Should be in grade 10, but reads at a grade 5 level due to poor hearing. HACA funded ear surgery that restored most of her hearing — she is overjoyed and back at school.

Bibek

His father passed away two years ago. His mother works as a day labourer for meagre wages. Now he has the school materials he needs to keep learning.

Restore Foster A Child

Provides stable, Christian homes in India and Nepal for children in the most heartbreaking situations.

Alisha & Dina

Their father is a chronic alcoholic and their mother abandoned the family. The local church found a loving Christian couple to foster them long-term.

Mehul

10 years old, born to a migrant labourer who died when he was three months old. He carries the stigma of being considered "tarnished" in his village.

Arohi

Her parents went missing while working away from home. Despite poverty, the family was once happy — now Arohi and her siblings need a stable place to belong.

Restore Tuition Centre Programme

Ten tuition centres support weaker students for free with after-school classes Monday to Friday as the schools available to the poor are overcrowded and many children never learn to read or write.

Future projects

We have a number of projects that are in the process of being set up, such as the Restore Prison Ministry, which will help children of parents who are in prison, and the Restore Special Needs Programme, which will target children with physical or mental disabilities.
